These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and starjili ("starjili", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at starjili.vip. • You must not have previously had an account terminated by starjili for a breach of these Terms.

starjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each eligible player may register one (1) starjili account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. starjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify starjili support immediately via live chat at starjili.vip.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before processing withdrawal requests above ₱5,000 or at any time at starjili's discretion for compliance and security purposes. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or UMID) and a proof-of-payment-method document.

All financial transactions on the starjili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). starjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your starjili balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider, typically within seconds for GCash and Maya.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals will be processed.
• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real money.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• starjili reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000, which may extend processing times.

starjili reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular account activity.

starjili offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are awarded alongside a specified wagering requirement, which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonuses — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• starjili reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances in active wagering will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the wagering process.

All games offered on the starjili platform operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be manipulated by starjili or by any player.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on the respective game information pages. These figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game session, the affected round will be voided and the bet amount refunded to your starjili balance. starjili is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a malfunctioning game or erroneous displayed odds.

In all disputes between the game server log and the player-side display (e.g., browser cache or rendering artefact), the starjili server log shall be the definitive record of game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the starjili platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any format where collusion creates an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting a software bug, glitch, or pricing error. Winnings derived from exploitation of errors may be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Using the starjili platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing starjili staff or other players through any communication channel.

starjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation.

All content on the starjili platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface design, text, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of starjili or its licensed third-party providers. All rights reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or transfer any content from the starjili platform without prior written permission.

starjili collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at starjili.vip/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and to personalise your gaming experience. starjili does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, starjili and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the starjili platform.

starjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your starjili account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

starjili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues outside of starjili's reasonable control.

starjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the starjili platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the starjili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the starjili platform shall first be referred to starjili's customer support for informal resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to starjili's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
